Non-Profit Incorporation Services

We have a long-standing history of supporting those who seek to establish a new non-profit organization. We understand state and federal red tape, fillings, and cost can be intimidating, cumbersome and otherwise prohibitive. Worse, this can stop people from pursuing their charitable endeavors altogether. We are here to change that!

After you complete this form, please mail it to our main office 290 Chestnut Hill Road, Emmaus PA 18049-5504. To date, we have helped 22 other organizations, most from beginning to end, at no cost to them! Our ordinary turn around time is one week from the day we receive it. For non-profits, we help prepare and file state incorporation documents, EIN assignment (SS4), 1023 / 1023 EZ federal tax-exemption filings, and Google Grant applications (to jumpstart advertising budgets).

Pumpkin Paws Feline Rescue – New Berlin, PA (Facebook)

“Dear Nic, Here at Pumpkin Paws Feline Rescue we will be forever grateful to NicNac Charities, Inc. With your help and dedication we at Pumpkin Paws are strong in our cause. The ease of working with you has enabled us to achieve our dreams. We continue to rescue and adopt daily. Our cat cottage continues to grow with many cats and kittens coming through our doors with the hopes of and achieving adoption. Again I cannot stress enough that because of you we are where we are today! We have helped hundreds of cats over the past few years and now achieving our 501(C)3 status has enabled us to do so much more. Now, we also have almost 1000 followers on Facebook, so many people can follow our cute cat developments. We thank you from the bottom of our little paws!”

Quakertown PIE (Partners In Education) – Quakertown, PA (Facebook)

“Quakertown Elementary PIE (Partners Involved in Education) is a committee dedicated to our school, kids, staff and families. Our school is a title one school, which means many of our student base is from lower income families. We do lots of fundraising to pay for class trips, assemblies and special events like the QE carnival.  Fundraising also helps provide support for classrooms and building supplies, as well as supporting events like kindergarten graduation, family literacy night, and fifth grade picnic.  One of our newest fundraisers that we are looking forward to is a visit from the Harlem Wizards. They are coming to our high school to play a game of basketball vs Quakertown school district staff members. We are very excited to unite all the schools in our district to raise funds together for the children of the community we are all part of. Attached are pictures from our annual truck or treat, bingo night and QE Carnival and a visit from the Harlem Wizards promoting the game.”
